JESSICA DARRAS is a communicator, letterpress printer, and graphic designer. She and her husband own two businesses rooted in small town Colorado: a regional sign shop and a national e-commerce brand. She has a rare neuromuscular disease, Myasthenia Gravis, which can be problematic at times.

In 2025, after two years of intermittent leg and arm paralysis and diagnostic testing, I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, a rare and lifelong neuromuscular disease in which my immune system attacks my muscles directly — including my diaphragm (we use that for breathing, folks.)
